Shipping policy
POLICY - We work alongside Australia Post to ensure a smooth shipping process. Automated shipping information (including dispatch notifications, tracking information - domestic only, proof of delivery signatures and real time shipping calculations based on destination, products purchased and shipping method chosen) will be sent as your order is being processed. We ship with the address and information listed in checkout. We will not be responsible for being given an incorrect postal address. We offer a selection of shipping methods - Domestic, International, Standard and Express. Any items that are “Lost” or “Damaged” in the mail are the responsibility of the purchaser, not Brad Cox Merch. We do not replace broken CD cases that are cracked in transit. We recommend to purchase trackable shipping upon check out.
DELIVERY TIME - We will try our best to ship within a couple of days from your order placement, however please allow up to 14 days for order dispatch.
If your item becomes unavailable although it was available at the time of purchase, you will be notified us and we will help to find a suitable alternative.
SHIPPING COSTS - Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout. Costs are based on product/s purchased, delivery address, and chosen shipping method. Costs are in $AUD.
IMPORT TAXES/DUTY FEES - International orders can incur duty fees & duty costs by the country of destination. Import duties/taxes are dependent on the respective import customs office and are billed to the receiver. These are dependent on the import regulations of the receiver's country. For more information please contact your local customs office.
PRE ORDERS - We offer exclusive pre-orders for selected items (new album, merch item) and the release date will be listed in the product details. Pre-order items are scheduled to ship on the week of release, with the intention to arrive on release day - however this cannot be guaranteed. Pre-orders placed alongside available items will be held for entire parcel shipping on the pre-order release date. This is a result of only one shipping cost being charged at the time of check out. If you would like your available items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders - one with the available stock and the other with the pre-order item. Once your order has been placed, we cannot break an order apart for separate delivery.
VINYL SHIPPING - All vinyls are shipped sealed and unopened (unless autographed). We have specific vinyl packaging to ensure the best casing when shipping your record. We cannot guarantee the condition of your parcel on arrival and do not take responsibility for any damages incurred during transit.
RETURNS POLICY - To organise a return, please email us at bcmerch@gmail.com. We’re offer returns (within 30 days of receiving) on any unworn items in their original condition. If you have received a damaged, incorrect, marked or faulty item, please contact us to have this resolved. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or accept a return on sale items or custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We do not replace broken CD cases that are damaged in transit or return products with hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
